Owing to advances of
engineering plastics as well as applications of various
fillers, reinforcements and additives, the barrels &
screws treated by conventional nitriding techniques, which
are used in plastic injection and extrusion molding machine, are
worn-out increasingly.
Our company
teams had been devoted to the techniques of centrifugal
casting for many years. We produce bimetallic cylinders, which
have inner layer of 1.5-2 mm thickness with super alloy liners by
imported machines. For bimetallic screw, we use special
hardfacing technique to coat a layer of super alloy on the
teeth of screw.
Besides, we
improve the alloy materials continuously to enable the
excellent wear-resistant and corrosion resistant to prolong
the service life and enhance the production performance of
barrels & screws.
Material:
Base materials (outer
layers) are alloy
steels. Inner layers are Ni-Cr-W-Fe-Si-B-C super alloys.
