We produce the valve balls with metal mold centrifugal casting and overcome the defects that are easily happen in sand casting. To satisfying the requirements of customers, we developed successfully a new technique to produce the hollow ball by centrifugal casting and as the result, we have acquired four patents.  It is also advantageous to lessen the weight extensively. Decrease the production cost and also save the operating energy. Furthermore, the combination of the centrifugal technique and forming by forge, we obtained the high quality forge balls. Besides, we also produce pump parts and fittings for related industries to offer complete service, for instance, flanges, nozzles, seals, rings and  etc.

  Inner diameter of solid valve ball: I.D. 2"~12"
  Inner diameter of hollow valve ball: I.D. 4"~12"
